My professional starting point is strategic B2B sales of solutions that require in-depth consultation. This work involves understanding different interests, structuring complex issues and preparing decisions. Clear, situation-appropriate and audience-focused communication is essential in this context.
I have added professional development in business coaching, training, change management and agile project management. This allows me to consider a situation from different perspectives and take the appropriate role in an assignment.

- 11+ years of experience in strategic b2b sales, stakeholder-management & key-account-management.
- Master of Science in Physics.
