How I work
Understand first.
Then act with purpose.
A clear assignment provides the foundation for effective collaboration. We agree on what should change, who is involved and how we will recognise progress.
01
Understand the situation and context
We consider the starting point, the desired difference and the conditions. This includes different expectations, available resources and the limits of the assignment.
02
Agree on objectives, roles and approach
We establish what support is required: consulting, coaching, training, ongoing support or interim management. Scope, responsibilities and confidentiality are agreed transparently.
03
Work in manageable steps
We connect reflection with practical application. Interim results are reviewed with the people involved. If assumptions change, we adjust the approach and explain why.
04
Review progress and plan the handover
At the end, we review the agreed objectives and any open points. We record next steps, responsibilities and any further support that may be needed.
Collaboration needs clarity.
Personal coaching content remains confidential. Where a company commissions the work, we agree in advance on what feedback it receives. In consulting and interim assignments, decision-making authority and responsibilities form part of the agreement.
Depending on your needs, we can work on site, online or in a combination of both. We agree on timing, scope and fees individually.
What would you like to change?
Tell me about your situation. In an initial conversation, we clarify what you need and whether my support is a good fit.
