Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded. It shall not commence before you have been duly informed of your right of withdrawal.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below for this purpose; however, its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For the reimbursement, I shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you expressly requested that the agreed service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall, in the event of withdrawal, pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal, provided that the statutory requirements for such compensation are met. The amount payable shall correspond to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the services provided for under the contract.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Services
In the case of a contract for the provision of services against payment, the right of withdrawal shall expire before the end of the withdrawal period only once the service has been fully performed, provided that, before performance began, you expressly consented to the performance of the service commencing before the end of the withdrawal period and, at the same time, confirmed that you were aware that your right of withdrawal would expire upon full performance of the contract.
Statutory rights of withdrawal and the conditions governing their exercise shall otherwise remain unaffected.
