Gain clarity
See more clearly. Decide more consciously.
Some professional questions need a confidential space, an attentive outside perspective and thoughtful questions. Through coaching, I help you make sense of your situation and develop workable options of your own.

What this involves
Systemic business coaching provides structured support for professional development and decision-making. It considers a person in their context, reflecting together on roles, relationships, expectations and available resources.
When this support is useful
- You are facing a decision and want to clarify your options and criteria.
- A new role, uncertainty or change is challenging established habits.
- Conflict and competing expectations are taking up energy and attention.
Working together
From your situation to the next step.
01
Agree on the focus and framework
We clarify your needs, objectives and expectations, as well as confidentiality and boundaries. If a company commissions the coaching, we agree transparently on what information may be shared.
02
Explore perspectives and resources
Questions, reflection and appropriate methods help identify perspectives, patterns and room for action. You explore the resources you already use and those you could draw on more effectively.
03
Develop your own next steps
You decide what fits you and your situation. We turn insights into practical steps and reflect on their effects. The aim is to strengthen your ability to make decisions and act independently.
What we work towards
- A clearer understanding of your concerns and competing objectives
- More explicit decision criteria and additional perspectives
- Practical next steps that you choose and take responsibility for
- Reflection on putting insights into everyday professional practice
We agree on the precise scope and intended outcomes at the start of the assignment.
Frequently asked questions
Is coaching the same as consulting?
Coaching centres on your reflection and your own solutions. In consulting, I also contribute professional recommendations. If a change of role would be useful, I make it explicit.
What are the limits of business coaching?
Business coaching addresses professional concerns. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. At the outset, we clarify whether coaching is an appropriate way to address your situation.
How many sessions are useful?
The scope and frequency depend on your needs. We agree on a clear framework and regularly review whether the work continues to support your objective.
